E. OLUWOLE ADEYEMI'S CANCER FUND
Please join us in a medical fundraising effort to help Ebenezer Oluwole Adeyemi “ ADE” and his family with medical expenses they will incur as a result of being diagnosed with Lung Cancer.
I have known Ade as a dear friend and as a professional business associate for over 15 years. He is a man full of life, energy, and happiness. He is always ready to extend a helping hand to his family, friends and charitable organizations. Ade is very involved the Lions Club in his home city of Lagos. He is currently the National President of the National Government Approved Freight Forwarders, and he has been making contributions both globally and locally in Nigeria.
However, it is now time for Ade’s friends, business associates, and the global community to come together and support this wonderful man. Ade is currently in the United States undergoing Chemotherapy Treatment for his Cancer with one of the best Oncologist attending to him. It has been a difficult road for Ade so far. He is far away from his family, relatives, and his home. He is doing his best to greet every challenge with that smile we all know so well. Ade has many more obstacles to overcome during his fight with Cancer. August 3rd, he started his first round of Chemotherapy. This is to be followed up by at least 5 more rounds - perhaps more. Since Ade is a citizen of Nigeria, he does not qualify for much in the way of health insurance or U.S. Government assistance. He and his family have been dealing with the financial burden by themselves. Ade’s Cancer treatments could exceed $100,000.00. This is too much for him to bare alone. This is where we can all help show support and join his battle by making a contribution to his Cancer Fighting Fund.
I have told Ade to take one day at a time, and with faith he will cross that finish line and beat this horrible cancer.
Please donate now to support the Adeyemi Family.

Ade fought this terrible cancer with such courage. He went through 14 rounds of chemotherapy and countless radiation treatments. Always pushing himself in the hope of getting better.
You were an inspiration to all of you friends.
Rest in Peace my friend you will be truly missed.
I wanted to send you the attached picture of Ade to show you how much better Ade looks since the growth was removed from his Esophagus. He has been able to eat small amounts of real food ! I went to see him on Tuesday and I was very happy to see how much he improved over the last few weeks. His color is back and he has so much more energy.
The 11/lbs he has gained back have made a difference. You can see the weight gain in his face.
Ade is in very good spirits. He is talking about going home to Nigeria in December once his 6th round of chemotherapy is completed. He wants to go home for 3-4 weeks over the Christmas Holidays then he will return to Baltimore in January for more treatment. I was very happy to hear this as I know he is very lonely and misses his wife and family.
Our friend still has a long way to go but I definitely see some improvement. I feel the medical treatment he is getting is having a positive effect. He will go for his 4th round of chemotherapy on Oct 26th.
Please remember to send him text messages of encouragement !
Just a quick update on Ade for you. I went to visit him yesterday and he looks thinner that my last visit 3 weeks ago as you will see.
Please see attached Pics.
Ade’s weight had gotten down to 135/lbs but since they have installed the port into his stomach last week I was happy when he told me he has been able to gained some weight back .
Tomorrow Ade is going back to the hospital so his doctors can do a full “CAT” Scan to see if the first 2 rounds of Chemotherapy have reduced the size of the tumors. He told me he was most looking forward to a reduction in the Tumor in his esophagus so he can enjoy "REAL FOOD" and not the liquid food.
Hopefully the CAT Scan will show a positive reduction in all the tumors !
On a very positive note Ade still has his smile and is very determined to continue to fight on. Please keep him in your thoughts and keep sending him Texts / emails of encouragement.
If you have not made a donation to Ade's Cancer Fighting Fund please do ! As you can guess the medical bill keep adding up and we want Ade to focus on getting better.
