Miss Guam Universe 2016

Hafa Adai,

My name is Muñeka Joy Cruz Taisipic, and I am a candidate for the Miss Universe Guam 2016 Pageant.  My parents are Paul and Michelle (Shelly) Taisipic and I am from the village of Yona. I am an 18-year-old graduate from Notre Dame High School, and a current student at the University of Guam.

With my major in Nursing, I plan to serve as an advocate for patients and their families and to work closely with doctors and many healthcare officials to ensure the overall health of every individual.

In addition to my studies, I enjoy playing sports, going to the gym, and maintaining an overall healthy lifestyle.

I am running for Miss Universe Guam 2016 to inspire females of all ages to achieve their goals and that they can accomplish anything they set their minds to.

I believe that I am a great candidate for the Miss Universe Guam 2016 Pageant because I know what it’s like to be a young lady from a small island. I know what it’s like to pursue big dreams just to be burdened with limited opportunities, and being a small fish in a big pond. But as the future Miss Universe Guam 2016, I can show all females that despite life’s hurdles, they can still come out victorious.

However, I can’t do it alone. I need your help to make a difference in the lives of these young ladies, so please join me and help me make a difference in our community. I will commit to featuring your business/company and acknowledging your contribution and any personal donations on my full page in the pageant contestant booklet.
