Father with lung disease needs help

Hello, My name is Crystal and I'm here to ask for donations to help my father Vincent Guarisco.
My father has alway been a very giving and hard working person. Any time someone in the family needed something they always knew they could call my dad and if it was in his power, he would help them, whether that be money or otherwise. He has also been an activist. For years he worked as a co-founder of the Alliance of Atomic Veterans, which helped over two hundreed thousand veterans revieve aid and compensation over the years. All the while working as a painter, odd contruction jobs and a hotel engineer to make ends meet and support a wife and 4 children.
But that back breaking work takes it's toll on the body and now due to his age and growing problems with his breathing as well as other health conditons, he is being forced out of his job after 15 years with this company (I can't list the name of the company to avoid a defamation lawsuit but trust me I would if i could!). After the housing market crash, divorce and a lawsuit has left my father with no savings and on the verge of beging homeless.
And that brings us to why I'm making this campaign. Currently my father is living in Arizona and I need to move him up here to Washington state to live with me. I'm living is a small apartment that isn't big enough for two people so this money will be used as a down payment for a small house any other funds raised will be used to help with moving costs.
We are just a couple of blue collar people asking for a little help. It's scary putting all of this out there to be judged by strangers but my father really needs the help and I'm willing to do anything I can, even if that means asking complete strangers for help.
