Help Rescued Factory Farm Piglet

$650 of $2,000 goal

Rescued - This beautiful baby was rescued by Rob an RR team member off of the 401 HWY. Poor baby fell off a transport truck headed to a grow factory. She is being checked for internal injuries and needs to be tested then treated for the many diseases that are rampantly spread in factory farms in order to give her a better chance of survival.

Her life was spared and Refuge RR will do our very best to show her that she will never have to see suffering again.
Imagine being born in a factory with hundreds if not thousands of pigs. Your first glimpse of the world is cement, screams of terror and darkness. Your mother is locked in a farrowing crate unable to turn around or nurture her babies. Some of your brothers and sisters lie dead. The smell is unbelievable. Then at a few weeks old your torn from this vile life and violently loaded into transport trailers to be sent to yet another factory where they will feed you for six months until you are big enough to be eaten. Electrically prodded and forced on to overcrowded transport trucks in all kind of extreme weather to be murdered at the slaughter house.

Well that was and would have been this little piggies life and death. Now she will live with love and freedom.

Refuge RR needs your help with a few things for this little pig.

First we need to find an amazing name for her so if you have any suggestions please send them in.

Second we are looking for a sponsor to help cover her living expenses.

Third we are looking for donations to help cover her initial veterinary bills to make sure she receives proper treatments.
If you can help please send your tax deductible donation to:
