In Memory of Sue Cackowski

Sue Cackowski cannot easily be described by a list of adjectives. The love she had for her family cannot be captured by simply stating that she was loving. The kindness she extended to her friends cannot be expressed fully by saying she was loyal. The humor she practiced in her everyday life cannot simply be described as sharp-witted and funny. Sue Cackowski is beyond words and mundane adjectives. She was one of a kind and touched the lives of everyone she met. She approached her life with exuberance that cannot be replicated in another being. She brought light into the darkest of times, and guided hope to where it never dwelled before. She fought for her life against a disease that could not be negotiated with or battled away with brute force or the cocktails of chemotherapy and radiation. Breast cancer took away Sue Cackowski's life, and it should not be given the chance to take away another. This donation is made in loving memory of Sue Cackowski and will be used to finally find the answer to once and for all kick cancer in the ass.  Sue Cackowski will be forever loved and forever missed, may she rest in peace.
