Benefit for Christopher Spencer

On the evening of Sunday, July 24, 2016, Chris 'Buddy' Spencer was brutally attacked and robbed at random by two guys on his way home from work. He was hospitalized in critical care with a skull fracture and a bleed in his brain. In addition, Chris has suffered with hemorrhaging from his ear, with possible permanent hearing loss, and severe lacerations on his head, hands, throat and body.

Minneapolis police were able to catch the assault on camera at the light rail station. We have been notified they have apprehended the two main individuals they believe to be responsible, although others may have been  involved.

Chris needs everyone's prayers and thoughts right now while we wait for him to recover from this awful event. He is currently recovering at home, surrounded by friends and family.

Please pray for Chris, his baby girl and his fiancee during this time. Any donations made to this GoFundMe page will help to cover the out-of-pocket medical expenses from the incident as well as future medical related needs. Chris is currently a full time student studying for his Bachelor's degree in Culinary and as a result of this incident, will be unable to return to his current employer. Chris recently became a father on Mother's Day of 2016 and is planning to be wed on January 28, 2017.
