Auto accident

Donation protected
ZSU developmental controller, Jonathen Zalfen, was recently involved in a terrible automobile accident while home in Louisianna on leave. Jonathen has only been in the FAA for about 6 months.

Jonathen was involved in a hit and run scenario where a reckless driver ran him off of an overpass causing him to loose control, careening his truck down a 30 foot embankment. Jonathen received severe damage to his leg, hip and arm. He has already had surgery on the leg/hip and will undergo surgery to repair his arm.

Jonathen is married to Laura Zalfen and they have a son, Logan (8) who is scheduled to start school in Puerto Rico August 8.

The family will be using these donations to fund travel back and forth to the Island. Logan starts school in Puerto Rico soon, and Jonathen will not be able to travel back to PR in the near future. Needless to say, Laura will be very busy over the next several months.

Let's show our new NATCA family members what solidarity is all about.
Your donations will help our family members, get back on their feet.
