Helping Little Henry

Donation protected

In May,  little Henry was diagnosed with Stage 4 Neuroblastoma.  Henry had what was thought to be a flu virus that he just couldn't kick.  Henry is only 6 years old.  Prior to his diagnosis, Henry was loving, caring, affectionate, goofy, sensitive and patient. He is quiet, observant, curious, smart and brave. He has a big imagination, enjoys nerf blasters, basketball, bowling, and enjoys learning about the human body. Henry also has an incredible smile that melts your heart. He is good natured and knows he is loved.   Henry enjoys camping too!

Henry needs to have 6 rounds of chemo, every 21 days.  He is on his 3rd round of chemo and is not tolerating it very well.  Henry and his mom, Bonnie, have been staying at Children's Hospital in Milwaukee and are away from their home in Green Bay and Henry's younger brother, Charlie, who is 4 and his dad, Mike.
The chemo treatments are being done to reduce the size of his tumor so that hopefully the doctors can remove it.   Henry recently had a stem cell harvest to hopefully assist him down the road if he needs it.

Due to Henry's treatments and because the chemo can compromise his body's ability to fight off any viruses, Henry will be unable to start school this fall.  His mom, Bonnie, will be home-schooling him.  This is going to significantly affect the family's 2 income household.

Any funds will be used to defray the medical costs and assist the Leichey's in paying their day-to-day bills now that they are down to on income.

Thank you in advance for your generosity.
