Help Dad get home

My father, David Farruggia Sr , while on vacation in The Outter Banks (NC), had to be mercy flighted into a hospital in Norfolk, VA on Sept 4th for congestive heart failure. They are saying he will be able to travel in a couple of weeks. A Medivac service will be able to bring him home to begin the healing process, and be closer to his family. Unfortunately, the service will cost $5,800 and his Insurance will not cover this.
We are asking for any help possible to help bring him home.
