Please help

Being a very private person I dont normally put my personal information out in social media. March 5th 2016 was the day my life forever changed. I was diagnosed with end stage kidney failure and started my first dialysis treatment on March 7th 2016. I have not been able to return to work due to unexpected complications. Because of this I am now struggling with day to day expenses and mounting bills. Any help anyone could give me would be greatly appreciated. Thank you and God bless!
