Chloe's Wheelchair Fund
Donation protected
Hiya! My name is Chloe, and I am one of the organisers of the South Bank Fur Meet weekly meet in Brisbane. But besides that, I'm a full time university student, studying to become a youth counsellor, and hopefully specialising in Gender Therapy.

That's me there, second on the left, with the walking stick! The past two years I've spent helping the furry community have been some of my best, and I wouldn't trade it for the world!
But for the past five months, my health has been in decline. What started off as a slight pain in my legs has morphed into something a lot more sinister. Whatever this is, it has robbed me of my ability to walk more than a dozen metres without excruciating agony, and neither my doctor, nor anyone else I've seen to this point, have been able to figure out why.
So at this point, as hard as it is for me to do, I'm asking for help. I need to raise funds for a proper wheelchair, as the one that I'm currently using, well, it isn't in the best shape, and it's quite likely doing more harm than good.
I'm looking at getting a Quickie 2 wheelchair, which, when combined with the cost of it's accessories, like a seat cushion and clothes guards, will total around $2,500.

This isn't easy for me to do... I hate having to ask people for money to deal with my own problems, but at this point, I feel I have little choice. I doubt all my possessions combined would come close to totalling the amount I need, and until the doctors figure out what's wrong with me, I don't qualify for any kind of government assistance.
However, I just want to note here, if I don't reach the donation amount, I'm gunna put it into savings and put it towards the various medical bills I have been accumulating...
Thank you, for any and all help you deign to give. I'm not sure I'd ever be able to repay all of you for your assistance, but I'll give it my best shot.
