The Road to Mrs. Washington 2017

Hey y'all! My name is Magan Waldron, and I am currently Mrs. Olympic Peninsula 2016 in the Mrs. Washington America Pageant. I am very proud to say that when I competed in the 2015 pageant I placed top 12. I would have competed in the 2016 but was planning my sister's wedding which happened to fall at the exact same time. However I can NOT wait to get back on the stage in May to represent the Olympic Peninsula at State in Olympia.

Pageantry is something that I am very passionate about. There is just something about being on that stage and having all the lights on you that makes a woman feel beautiful! Not to mention that you have the amazing opportunity to meet some remarkable woman that are all truly trying to make a difference.

With that being said, the expenses for one to participate can be quite costly. I will need to purchase an evening gown, shoes, swimsuit, the outfit for our choreographed number and also a business suit for my interview. I have set a high goal, not with the intention of using it all for the pageant, but in hopes to also be able to donate to Operation Uplift! I know with the help of my family and friends, we can make this happen! Year before last I was so honored to be able to make a healthy donation to Operation Uplift and know that is completely possible because of all my wonderful friends and family behind me.

My platform (Charity) is Operation Uplift. It's a 100% volunteer run organization that solely supports Clallam County residents suffering from cancer of all types. It holds a very dear place in my heart because nobody should have to be alone when dealing with such suffering and medical expenses, and to know there is an organization to help them is nothing short of AMAZING!
Please help my voice be heard, so WE can help make this BIGGER then Clallam County.
