For Joseph Chamberlain funeral costs and for his children who died last weekend July 16 along with his girlfriend ( partner) leaving behind their 2 babies.  Who I am now taking care of.  
My name is Dianne Smith I am the mother of Joseph Chamberlain.  I also have the 2 kids with me and will be taking custody of them .  I Iive in Holt , MO. The money will be for funeral expenses and to help with the kids.  Both parents died in the accident.
