Homegoing Services 4 Trevon Smith

On July 17th 2016 at 12:50 a.m, 15 yr old Trevon Smith became a victim of Chicago gun violence. He was killed in the Kenwood community on 47th and Ellis.  As a parent, we pray for our children daily, however, no one can express the pain felt when a mother receives a visit to share the lost of her son.  We live in city where despite great efforts, cases go unsolved and justice is not served. At this time, we're requesting your continued prayers as we work our way through this case. We ask that we be allowed to morn privately as we prepare to lay Trevon Smith to rest. However, you may celebrate his life amongst his fellow friends as he was born July19, 2000. Lastly, the family seeks financial assistance with funeral arrangements has requested your support and continued prayers during this time of bereavement.
