The Strand Theater Revival
Our goal is to create a grass roots movement of local and regional musicians and artists to revitalize a community that has seen it's manufacturing base move out of the area. We HRMH currently owns the historic Telephone Company building and we have revived that by hosting nearly 150 concerts per year for the past 5 years in a space that holds 80 people. The Strand Theater will hold over 400! The funds will be used to complete the purchase. From there we will use volunteer labor to bring the building up to code in order to invite the public in for concerts and community events. We promote all kinds of music and give opportunities to musicians of all ages and all levels of participation. The residents of Hudson Falls,NY are very giving; taking care of families in need. It is with that spirit that people decide to raise their children here. We hope to improve the quality of life for people in the the community and the surrounding region and give our children a bright future. It is a community where people will be able to walk to a performance with their loved ones and make new friends. Please join the Strand Revival!!
