We were inspired after years of listening to patients share stories of what home health services were missing to create a unique foundation to care for seniors and people with disabilities.
OUR PLAN
The rising Baby Boomer generation will total 67% percent or 2.4 million seniors by 2020. We focus on innovative services that reduce the high cost of healthcare while increasing the quality of care.
WHAT WE'LL USE THE DONATION FOR
These funds are necessary to complete the creation of the CCMS-LLC business operations, including securing our building, remodeling, completing federal and state level licensing, and purchasing supplies and equipment.
