Peg can use our help and support

Peg Jolly has had to deal with recent events in her life that no one would wish upon anyone else. While Peg was already caring for her husband Steve, who was waiting for a liver transplant, her 89 year old mother Eleanor Scott, became ill. Not having the ability to care for two critically ill people, Peg needed to send her mother to her sister’s house in Minnesota for proper care.

Then unfortunately and suddenly in early June, Steve's health took a dramatic turn for the worse. He required constant care and could not be left alone and Peg was there to assist. A couple of weeks later, Peg's mother's health also took a dramatic turn for the worse, and Peg went out to Minnesota to visit her. Peg was there for both of them. Unfortunately in doing so, Peg used all of her company allotted personal and vacation time for this year and needed to take many more days off of work unpaid.

Sadly on June 30th, with Peg by his side, Steve passed away at Crown Center for the Nursing in Cortland, NY. Dealing with the tragic loss of her spouse, Peg was dealt with yet another sudden loss when her mother passed away on July 1rst. In less than 18 hours, Peg had lost two of the most important people in her life. Please have them all in your prays, and please count your blessings.

We, her co-workers, have started this GoFundMe page because we truly want to help Peggy, and have limited options how. No one should ever have to make a choice of either being with a loved one in their time of need, or having to work to pay their bills. But that was exactly what Peggy had to do. She made the right choice by making sure she was there for Steve and her mom. Now please, we need to make the right choice by helping her pay some of these unexpected bills.

We are not asking for massive donations, $5, $10, $20 dollars from the collective whole of her family, friends, and co-workers will go a very long way in helping Peggy. Please help!
