We got scammed, Need Help :(

Hey, y'all. I hate asking for help, but I'm more desperate than I've been in a long time. So, a few months ago my boyfriend and I moved into our first apartment together. We both work full time and I am a full time student, as well. Everything was going really well, but last month my boyfriend lost his job. Though he's been actively applying and interviewing, he was not having much luck. We knew we weren't going to make rent. He applied for an online loan - we thought it was going to get us by and everything would be okay. Long story short, we were scammed. And now we owe the bank a ton of money. We're trying to take the right steps - he got hired on somewhere, we're looking for a roommate to help make everything a little easier. But we've really fallen behind and are struggling to catch up and keep up. I don't want to end up in the same position and not able to get my bills paid. This situation has made me extremely anxious and physically sick. We thought we were doing the right thing and we're wronged and now I'm here asking for help. I know we won't get the money to pay it all off, but every little bit helps. Even 5 dollars. You'll never know how grateful we are for any help at all.

I know that huge tragedies are happening every day, and it's devastating, and everyone need helps. But I've seen the internet do amazing things, and like I said, every little bit helps.
