XLR8 Veteran Therapy Fund

22 veterans per day commit suicide. 2/3 of those who have committed suicide sought help the month before. Too often they cannot afford help or are turned away. This is not acceptable.  I have seen first-hand the effects of suicide.  I work with suicide nearly every day.  Nearly 1 in 5 suicides in this country are from the veteran community.  Suicide kills more veterans than enemy bullets and bombs.  They are not getting the treatment they deserve and it is costing lives.  I have dedicated my life to help improve the treatment of our soldiers.  This was the reason I joined the military.  Many veterans do not have insurance to pay for therapy and/or stuck on long wait lists to see a therapist.  This fund is to help veterans receive the help they need when they need it.  All donations will go to pay for therapy services for Veterans and their immediate family members who cannot afford these services otherwise.  We thank you for your support for those who have defended and served this country.
