Save Adonis

Adonis Grimes is a truly a awesome child. Everything Adonis has gone through he still has a big positive smile and shows how big his heart is every day. Adonis was born with multiple problems. He was diagnosed with Agenesis of the corpus callosum (ACC). Which is a rare birth defect (congenital disorder), in which there is a complete or partial absence of the corpus callosum. It occurs when the corpus callosum- the band of white matter connecting the two hemispheres in the brain fails to develop normally. He was born completely missing this part of the brain. With ACC he was diagnosed with Epileptic seizure disorder which includes symptoms of the following: development/motor/muscle delays, respiratory problems, along with sleep apnea,blindness, acid reflux disease and aspiration, scoliosis, hip deformity,and left club foot. He is only 10 years old and has spent most of his life in the hospital fighting continuously for his life. He has already had 7 major surgeries,and will need more in the future. He has to go threw 7 specialists and be on 14 different types of medications everyday, along with being on multiple machines. Because we live in a state where they do NOT believe in Medical Marijuana or CBD. Adonis suffers from multiple different types of seizures. Recently Adonis went threw a 24 hour EEG test and found out that another spot of his brain now has seizure activity. With all the seizure medications he's on plus the Vagal Nerve Stimulator(VNS) Adonis still has multiple seizures a day. He has activity on the left and right front part of the brain and now in the back of the brain where they are discharge types of seizures which leads many patients that have these to death if can't be controlled or stopped.
The CBD medication that he needs is very expensive and his parents can not afford it. His parents do everything they can for him and are asking for your help. No child/ human being should ever have to endure such a life. I love my son tremendously and all I want for him is to find out what comfortable feels like.I want him to know what a day feels like where he's not fighting a seizure all day and he's enjoying life.
