Manai Hutchinson is a 13 year old that besides spending time with his family and friends, loves nothing more than just being on the baseball field. However, on July 4th 2016 these pastime actvities were almost tragically taken away. While in New Hampshire for a baseball tournament with his team, Brooklyn Bonnies, Manai's heart went into cardiac arrest. His father swiftly performed CPR and doctors say it is for that reason Manai is still here with us today. If you speak to his parents, Alfred and Marsha, they would tell you that Manai was already fighting for his life even before they got to him. Manai's heart was in such bad shape that he had to be flown by helicopter to Boston Children's Hospital where he's currently in the Cardiac ICU. As said by many, including doctors, Manai is a miracle! But it is his charming, humble, and empathetic character that makes him most identifiable. Nevertheless, we believe that through prayers Manai's health will be fine once again. However, hospital bills, lodging, and other expenses can indeed become insurmountable. Therefore, we extend our gratitude in advance for anyone willing to lend a hand in this time of need. Please know there is no amount that's too big or too small. Thank you for your love and appreciation towards our miracle, Manai #15 .
Sincerely,
The Hutchinson family.
