A month and a half ago, my partner /CL Spouse passed away. I managed to arrange his funeral and cremation service and get him back to Japan to be buried with other family members
We moved up to the Northwest Territories, from Vancouver, when he was given an apprenticeship opportunity.
I had traveled back to Vancouver to work for a bit, after New Years I was still working in Vancouver. In the middle of February, my parner had been talking to me about some health issues he was having and I quickly drove back up north to be with him.
He was still able to work, but needed some help. So I stayed with him, in May things looked like they had improved and we were talking about me going back to work for a bit. Things hadn't improved as much as we thought, he died on May 19th.
With the cost of funeral arrangements, (his service had to be done in Edmonton), hotel, transportation, finalizing papers required for the return of his remains to Japan. Paying the rent closing the accounts and bills up here, I find myself without the financial means to be able to move back to Vancouver. I have sold off most of our belongings, that I could sell
I have managed to pay most of the bills off now find that I do not have enough money remaining to afford a moving company to get what's left back to Vancouver.
