Fortunate Choices

On Tuesday October 4th, 2016 the Marquette University Urban Scholars will be hosting Fortunate Choices – an event geared towards helping women battling cancer. After doing some research, we decided all proceeds would go to Pantene’s Beautiful Lengths, a Pantene campaign that donates wigs to women battling cancer at absolutely no cost. We are adopting their hashtag #8or8 which represents our two goals. The first is to get 100 people to donate 8 inches of hair (the minimum) or more. The second, since we know not everyone can donate hair, we set a fundraising goal for people to donate $8 or more to the cause. Thank you in advance for all of your support!
