Open a spiritual book store

I'm Alan. I am a disabled veteran, tired of living on government benefits and an occasional few dollars from the publishing company that I started five years ago. I want something better for my daughter.
I decided, with others, to open a book/gift store to sell the books of my publishing company, along with games, gifts, religious items, and more. We have a perfect location, and our nearest competitor is going out of business because their lease wasn't renewed. We have five artists ready to bring us consignments. We have thousands of dollars of books and other items - all new, and all wholly owned.
And then my chief investor got some terrible news from his doctor, and he backed out. Without his credit and income, the bank denied my loan.
I'm asking for help to open a store and to keep it open - rent, insurance, utilities, payments for a couple of employees. I will take no payment until the store is fully profitable, and my pay from my other small business will go to making sure the store stays open. Meanwhile, the store's sales will benefit five artists, a veteran (besides myself), and eleven children. It will get two families off of welfare and food stamps, helping to restore their dignity as well.
May 2nd was the day that I was due to sign the lease. Obviously, we can't raise enough money in time for that, but the sooner we can afford to sign the lease, the sooner this store will start to benefit others.
I need this to reclaim my pride and dignity after years of being unable to work outside of my house - and years of my publishing company making less per quarter than the cost of a tank of gas. The store will sell my publishing company's books - benefitting the authors. It will sell spiritual supplies - benefiting the community. And it will sell artwork on consignment - benefitting artists and customers.
Any help at all will be greatly appreciated.
