Memories2016 orlando

Good afternoon... as many of you know my cancer battle has been a rollercoaster ride from being told I was cancer free a couple of times to being told the cancer is back. In May of 2015, I was told by my doctors my cancer has spread to stage 4 Gastric Bone Cancer with the life expectancy of less then a year. I made it past this year with flying colors doing chemotherapy once a week. I also made several trips to the Moffitt cancer clinic in Tampa Florida and MD ANDERSON in Houston Texas and was told by both that my cancer was too advanced for any type of experimental drug. Back in February, I was asked to apply to the Dream Foundation that do final wishes for adults with terminal illnesses. I've decided Orlando where me and my kids can make some good memories. Last week I was told by my doctors after completing another bone scan that they have found two more cancer tumors and my doctor has told me to please begin preparing for my final goodbyes but I believe in God and that he has plans for me both mentally and spiritually and I'm prepared. Bad news for me and the family but then I returned home to learn that after getting all my medical records, The Dream Foundation has awarded our family with a 4 day, 3 park vacation to Orlando ....just another blessing. I am asking for financial help from my friends and family because it is very hard for us to come up with extra money for this trip for gas, food, wheel chair rental, parking, and other expenses assosiated with 4 young children and we would like to have one extra day down there. With Danielle unable to work because of my home care needs and preparing for back to school for four kids.....financially, its very hard. So I'm asking if you can please help our family and I am also asking that no one give more than $10.00 or $20.00 as I know I'm not the only one struggling and we all need a little help.
