Allen Family Assistance

Hi there! My name's Michelle. I am on here today on behalf of my family. In January my husband had to be put on medical leave for back pain. We soon found out that he had a herniated disk in his back that required surgery to take bone from hip and graft the bones in his back. He haxd the surgery in April, but it requires a long recovery time to ensure the bone graft fuses the disks properly. While he has been receiving 1/3 of his pay checks, it just isn't enough. We have been living off of our savings which is now depleted. Unfortunately bill companies do not care the reasoning for not making payments. Our bills and rent are piling up. My husband has gotten a side job until he can return to work, but while every little bit helps, it just isn't enough. We greatly appreciate any donation that can be made! It is extremely stressful when there are children who need so much and while you try and prepare for a rainy day, sometimes that preparation just ise enough.
