Lisa Henderson's ALS Battle Fund

On May 11th we received the devastating news that my mom, Lisa Henderson, has officially been diagnosed with the neurodegenerative disease known as ALS. This is an incurable condition where the nerve cells that control your muscles die, beginning with loss of speech and mobility, followed by the ability to breathe, and eventually resulting in death. Moms physical condition is deteriorating at such a rapid rate that my Dad, Rick, is now caring for her around the clock and has been trying to manage his business from home. Words cannot express how mentally, physically, and financially demanding this has been for both of my parents, and it will only continue to get worse in the months to come.
