Freckles' Medical Fund

My name is Freckles and you may have seen me hanging out in the West Loop looking handsome. I have been recently informed I am no longer a puppy and actually the ripe old age of 12.You can understand my surprise since I am a popular ambassador of the West Loop posing for pictures with neighbors and visitors, greeting neighborhood children and chasing squirrels. Unfortunately since I did not realize I was that old,  sprinting after a squirrel was not the smartest idea. I hobbled home from the park and then was later informed by the Scary Doggie Doctor that I tore my Left ACL. Restricted activity and rest was ordered but it did not work; I cannot bear weight on my left leg  therefore I have to have surgery done this Thursday. Any money raised or donated by my friends wlll be used for my surgery and any additional medical care. (However I still think I'm aging garcefully.) I would be so thankful for any thing you can do for me. I willl be out of commision for a short while recuperating but will be back as myself wagging my tail and giving kisses soon enough.
