Phil Narsh's Medical Fund

A few days ago on the night of June 16, my boyfriend Philip Narsh was attacked on the streets of midtown Harrisburg. He woke up with a bump on the head, a broken arm, a bunch of bruises, and more than a few items missing from his pockets. Phil is going to be ok, but he does not have medical insurance, so his bills are going to be difficult to manage.
