Help with expenses for Ariya

Our little family of 4 is growing by one in September. We have a unique situation though. I was surrogate Mother 6 years ago, and complications from that required me to get a blood transfusion. I developed an antibody to the Kell antigen, which normally wouldn't be a big deal (I didn't even know I had it, until I got pregnant) but the babies Dad is Kell positive and has passed at least one gene to our baby girl Ariya. That means my antibodies will attack her red blood cells and cause her to become anemic. If that happens we have to drive 3 hours to Denver for an inutero blood transfusion. I will have no more than 24 hours to get there. We are monioted every week by ultrasound to track her progress. The medical bills are starting to come in, and we are barely over half way through the pregnancy. Our car needs a part replaced that will cost $300 alone. If my car doesn't get fixed we don't have a reliable way to get to Denver. Taking time off for all these appointments has been dwindling down my PTO and I won't have any left for maternity leave. We are just asking for help to get our car fixed, and cover some of the expenses during maternity leave. If you can't help monetarily please just say a prayer for us and our baby girl Ariya!
