My name is Jill and I need help to purchase a mobility power chair.  I have Multiple Sclerosis,  and have been in bed for awhile now.  I have had several injuries from falls over the last 4 years,  that have left me not able to get around.  I feel like the only time I get out of the house is to go to appointments to see my doctors.  I've finally admitted to myself that I need a powered wheelchair. 

My co-payment for the mobility power chair is $1122.15 and my medical insurance will pay the remainder.  The cost of the lift/carrier for the car is $1385.00 +Tax.  I have to pay for all of the cost for the lift/carrier myself including all necessary items.  

I also must pay for ramps so the chair can bring me both in and out of the house.  Plus ramps for my Mom and Dads' homes.  It's funny,  I've never thought of that before.

Any extra money will help to pay for other additional features that will help around my home.
