GOLDEN'S SAVED FROM BEING EATEN

The Southern California Golden Retriever Rescue has been bringing in dogs from Taiwan, Korea and now China in our small way to stop them from winding up tortured and used in meals.
Most of these dogs are very expensive to bring over and come here with various illnesses.

Elmar, our latest from Shanghai, laid in the street for days being ignored, after either being brutally hit by a person or vehicle. He was lovingly taken in, by his rescuers who healed him as best they could, asked us to take him in and try to find out if we could work a miracle on his legs. We will try. Our orthopedist is not sure
there is much to do, but we are going to try everything. Tomorrow he starts his physical therapy.

All have been neutered, and treated for everything to make them whole. They are they most loving, wonderful angeles who only want to love, and kiss, and please. They are thankful for a kind touch.
