My name is Jules and I have worked as a volunteer at the Tiger Temple since 2009.

The tigers have gone but we still have many  animals that need to be fed. These animals include deer, civet cats, cows, buffaloes, pigs and a lion. With the closure of the temple there is no income and therefore no money to provide food for them. The situation is dire and we need help now.

It costs 10,000 baht per week to provide food to feed all the animals left behind. This is roughly $385 Australian and we would like to be able to raise $10,000 so we are covered for the next six months. 

Any money we receive will be used for feeding these animals and we would be so grateful for the help.

To the rest of the world the Tiger Temple is all about tigers but for myself and the others who are here it is so much more. We love and care for all the animals and it breaks our heart to think we might not be able to feed them. We are still here looking after the animals left behind and will continue to do everything we can to take care of them.
