Domestic Abuse Survivor
Have you ever felt truly lost and helpless when it comes to your child? One of my worst fears for my child became a reality as she is confided in me about her dangerous and harmful life at the hands of her unborn child's father. He had literally broke her down and played a multiple amount of mind games while controlling her every single move, when she got to eat, what she got to wear and so forth.
The reason for this fund is to help my daughter, Ashley, restart her life after fleeing from an abusive and dangerous relationship. When she left Florida all she was able to take with her was one bag of clothes and nothing else.
Ashley is pregnant with her first child and is due
July 22 ,2016. She had everything she needed in preparation for her daughter's arrival. Unfortunately, she also had to leave all her babies stuff behind as well.
I have my daughter, Ashley, temporarily in my home while we try to figure things out. We are in a very small town with limited resources. The nearest large town is 60 miles away. She has tried to get into section 8 housing and was turned away because she is eight months pregnant and not able to secure employment. Even through all this and facing many obstacles, Ashley always finds a way to keep on going, while keeping a smile on her face.
The funds from the campaign would go towards assisting Ashley in getting back her life, help her obtain necessary items for her and her unborn child and to obtain suitable housing for them before the baby is born.
I humbly come to you to ask if you can find it within your hearts and if it is within your means to assist us in helping Ashley and her unborn child obtain the basic necessities that she and her daughter need.
Ashley is not the kind of person to ask anyone for anything. She has always been very independent and been able to provide for herself. Your donations would be appreciated more than you will ever know. We thank you from the bottoms of our hearts for any help that we receive. God Bless!!
