Jobs for ex offenders' new start

Not for profit bakery and 501c3 (Laughing Bear Bakery)  has opened for the purpose of providing jobs to released offenders and paying more than menial/ minimum wages. Monies needed to maintain operating expenses and pay wages while marketing develops. One of the best known ways to prevent further crimes is to be able to make a living wage. We have survived the initial 7 months but funds are needed to continue. Not desperate, but more funds are needed to maintain and increase number we employ. If each person with a friend or family who has served time and understands their situation upon release could provide even $2, we can continue and hopefully prosper. Not only would we be greatful, but society as a whole will benefit.
