On Friday the 13th 2016 my friends car was broken into on a busy street in broad daylight in hillcrest CA. The time was inbetween 12pm & 3:30pm.
The theives made off with all my prized and valuable gear(which had been within my friends trunk locked safe, and out of sight) I am not one to leave gear in a car but I was going to a benefit gig imeadiatly after my appointment for challenged atheletes. Most important of my rig that was taken from me was my irreplaceable gold sparkle Gretsch! (in custom hardshell case) that served me well for over 10 years of gigging and traveling.
In the time "Goldie" and I were together she was signed by favorite artists of mine such as Duane Eddy, Billy Joe Shaver, John Doe, The entire band of Furious, and Blood Shot Bill.. She was also beautifully pinstriped by the famous pinstriper and good friend known as Chaddy Kat Daddy. I have done everything in my power to find/get my gear back including.
Police report day of theft, talking with homeless in the area, checking craigslist everyday, posting all over social media about my lost gear, and many other efforts on a daily basis.
This is any musicians nightmare one which I'm personally living, I'am trying to remain positive and visualize on a daily basis my gear safely being returned to me. The reality is though this may never be
I am not one to ask for charity or help from others, I like to think I'm very independent and pretty much self made man. Unfortunately it would probably take me another ten years or so to acquire all my gear back and honestly I just don't want to wait that long.
Any amount that you can give is appreciated I know times are tough for most of us so if you can't give your prayers and positive thoughts are appreciated. If my gear is returned I will gladly refund any donations that I recieve I'm not in this for making money or scamming any body I just need a little help from my friends.

1 Fender Hot Rod Deville (USA made)
4 XLR cables
2 instrument cables
1 TC Helicon Echo Voice Pedal and 9volt adapter
1 Wireless guitar system
2 Shure SM 58 microphones
All within 1 black and chrome hard gig case
