Eduardo is the young man on the right in the picture. I'm sorry about cutting one of the team members out of the picture, but I had to get Eduardo in there.
This is a place for people who would like to help Eduardo and his family get to Los Angeles where he will train as a member of the National Soccer team. He is a very dedicated young man in my English Lit class. He is in 9th grade, and this is quite an achievement to have made the team. He has to have money quickly. They will be heading to LA this weekend. Whether his parents are able to accompany him is still up in the air. Many of the teachers at our school are trying to help as much as we can. This is a life-changing opportunity for this very deserving young man. His life revolves around soccer, and this could change everything for him. If you can help, please do so quickly. We just found out that he made the team, and he has to leave soon. He just returned from the tryouts in NY, and now there is another big expense.
