Paramedics, correction officers, and mental health workers of the Ontario Public Service Employees Union (OPSEU) know first-hand about post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Just by the nature of their jobs, workers face traumatic experiences.
They want to raise money to sponsor a service dog for United by Trauma’s (U by T) Service Dog program. Research shows that PTSD Service Dogs are a very powerful treatment option.
The campaign runs from May 2 until 28.
Your generous donation will help purchase a service dog to aid someone that is suffering from PTSD.
