 CHICO, CA
On May 24, 2016, our Eastside Little League family suffered a huge loss. Wyatt Taylor, a sweet, loving, courageous young 8 year old passed away way too soon. He was a super happy boy, a budding pitcher and friend to many.

Wyatt loved playing baseball at Eastside. He also just liked hanging out at Eastside, hitting balls, watching his older brother play baseball or being in the score booth keeping score.

The Eastside Little League family would like to raise money for the Taylor family to cover the costs associated with Wyatt’s medical expenses and passing.

Any extra funds that may be raised will be used to memorialize Wyatt at the Eastside Little Leauge facility in accordance with the Taylor Family’s wishes

We want to thank everyone in advance for your support of the Taylor family at this most trying time.

From the Taylor Family:

I wanted to give everyone a little update on what is going on with this account. There is a substantial portion of this account available for us to help us create something to memorialize Wyatt. We are working with Eastside Little league to turn one of the fields into something special, including a new scoreboard that will be dedicated to wyatt. Maryanne, Shane and I are so happy to be working on this and we cannot wait to show everyone what our Little League family is working on.

Thank you so much for your continued support of our family.

Love you all,

The Taylor Family

Everyone at Chico Eastside Little League again wants to thank you for your generous donations. In just six days you have raised almost $20,000! This is truly amazing.

Thanks to your donations, the family plans to memorialize Wyatt at Chico Eastside in a big way.

Chico Eastside will host Wyatt's Celebration of Life this Saturday, June 4th from 9:00am to Noon. From the family’s Facebook page, “We will be celebrating Wyatt's life on Saturday, June 4th at Chico Eastside Little League at 9:00am. This will be a casual event and there will be baseball! It will be the perfect way to celebrate our sweet boy. We hope to see lots of kiddos in uniform with gloves ready to play!”
