Aaron and Joanny were blessed to find out that they were going to be parents again. During the pregnancy they were told that their baby girl had a condition called Trisomy 13. Trisomy 13 is a rare condition that can often affect the development of the heart, brain and spinal cord. Aaron and Joanny decided to continue with the pregnancy to give their baby girl, Evangelina, a chance at life. Evangelina Rose was born on the morning of May 22nd against all odds. Joanny and Aaron were told that her condition would most likely not allow them to meet her in life yet, she proved them wrong. Over her amazing 14 hours of life she was able to meet and be loved, held and kissed by her family. She became an angel peacefully in her mother’s arms and with her father closely by after she had blessed them with the best day of their lives.
The goal of this account is two-fold:
1. To assist Aaron and Joanny with the cost of Evangelina’s funeral.
2. To donate a portion of the funds to Hope for Trisomy. Hope for Trisomy 13 and 18 is a not-for-profit charitable organization based in Florida and Texas created in honor and memory of all surviving and Angel children with Trisomy 13 and 18 and related conditions/rare Trisomies. The organization's Board of Directors is made up of families who have living and angel children with these conditions.
By donating we can help her family say good bye and raise awareness about Trisomy conditions.
On behalf of the family, thank you for your love and support.
