My name is Jennifer Box and I am fighting Lyme Disease. Lyme has taken a signifcant toll on my life including my body, mind, spirit as well as a financial toll.
In Novemeber of 2014, I went to a Lyme treatment facility in Scottsdale Arizona for about 2 months that is called Envita. While there, I recieved various IV treatments including antibiotics to kill my disease. Though these helped, I am still far from healed.
My health has flatlined over the last year and I am receiving more treatments at home that should help me feel better. I need help paying for these treatments because insurance does not cover them. All of the treatments that I have received to date have been paid for out of pocket. My current round of treatments is just over $6000 and it is taking a fananical toll on my family.
