GODS OF THE ROUND INITIATIVE

The Gods of the Round Initiative is a project that will establish a platform to connect the global community directly to dynamic and influential individuals throughout the black community. I, Wallace Ceelah-El Bey, sole founder of the GTRI will do this by utilizing the funds that are received to invest in the resources, equipment, as well as costs of travel so as to ensure that all affiliated members can act, perform and deliver to the utmost highest capacity. To put it simply, our focus right now is Foundation. I understand that in order to form a solid foundation would require a solid infrastructure. As of now all of my energy and resources is chiefly invested in arduously conducting the amount of research, studying a wide range of disciplines, networking and sharing articles, collecting books and other needed material, writing articles, networking and promoting like-minded individuals to help their projects all of which requires considerable resources and skills in Time Management.
I am very dedicated with what I do and find it impertinent to stay up-to-date and relevant with the information in content I wish to provide to the overall African indigenous demographic. Not to mention the fact I've invested my entire time into initiating this project with little to no outside support whatsoever.
Money will be used to cover the costs of space, online subscriptions to the necessary channels and to also secure for myself the opportunity to facilitate my endeavors inasmuch as to deliver as much content to the people as possible. My end goal here is to establish a network of ambitious individuals who are willing to act, educate and affect a positive change within their communities. I'm not a businessman but I'm all for doing business and I am all about the business of increasing the peace through constructive dialogue and the dissemination of information that will inspire us to ACT. I believe it is not in the degree of experience but the degree of courage and commitment required to inspire us to go out and gain the needed experience. The Gods of the Round Initiative believes in Problem Solving and Community Leadership and Wealth/Nation (Culture) Building. The "Gods of the Round Initiative" is just a bridge, a Stage 1.
Stage 2. will initiate "The Institute of TuBukFu for Pan Afrikaan Studies" a.k.a "The Pan Afrikaan Group Study Hall" whose aim is to establish a collective study group whom are willing to educate themselves and educate eachother through every facet of life ranging from History, Philosophy, Art and Science, Survival Training, Health, Liberal Sciences, Business and Technology and Spirituality, this will seek to encourage young black individuals to dig within and cultivate themselves to BE the change in their community. The Motto at the Institute for TimBukFu is "Each One Reach One". TimBukFu is universal and will function more as a global community that emphasizes art, science and cultural expression and education. TimBukFu is not an organization per se. TimBukFu doesn't care about your religion, sex or creed however there are several core principles that we promote and apply as to our foundation and that is:
1. Afrikaan Liberation thru Self Education
2. Unifying Black Families
3. Healing Black Communities
4. Loving Afrikaan Culture
5. Respect and Honesty
6. Supporting and Promoting Black Business and Success
7. "Truth by Any Means Necessary"
All money will be invested into securing the resources and setting up the foundation. Nonetheless, while the infrastructure will be getting established the Lecture series hosted on Blogtalkradio every week will be up and running as a way to inform, educate and build amongst the family and open the audience to new endeavors.
My vision is to one day wake up and see black businesses flourishing. To see our people thriving and standing together and this will only happen with a strong foundation through positive education. Imagine not having to worry about walking down the blocks of the city and being assaulted or harmed.
At the Institute of TimBukFu we advocate Poverty being the sole "Root of All Evil", the root of all crime. Increase the Knowledge of the people and you increase the Health and Wealth of the people, increase our sense of connectedness which will in turn decrease the rate of crime. All "Crime" is merely a "Cry"me for attention.
We suffer for lack of knowledge, we suffer because we are ignorant of what must be done, the difference between an adult and a child is a child knows what it wants to do while an adult knows what he/she MUST do.
It's time to grow up family, drugs and senseless violence due to ignorance and malnutrition is rampant and a cancerous plague in our community. We suffer for lack of “core values” due to lacking sense of identity an identity that was stripped away from us a long time ago. Without this identity we forgot our history our culture and the wisdom that connected us to one another. Your religion must be in line with your culture and your culture must facilitate the needs of the people in conjunction with the environment in which surrounds the people.
