on behalf of Annemarie C. Doyle
 ANDALUSIA, IL
My name is Amy Lloyd and I am the mother of the groom.   I would like to introduce to you a beautiful young newly wed couple, Brandon Lloyd and Annemarie Doyle Lloyd.   Annemarie Doyle is a Senior at Harding University in Searcy, AR and Brandon is a recent graduate of Arkansas State University in Jonesboro, AR .  After more than a 1 1/2 years of dating, Brandon proposed to Annemarie in Cinderella's Castle on May 18th, 2015.   In April of 2016 as they were planning their December 3rd, 2016 wedding, they had no way of knowing the hurdles that they would soon face.  What should have been a joyful exciting time of their lives has become a daily emotional and physical struggle.  April 8th, 2016 Annemarie began feeling dizzy and over the course of the next two weeks had many visits to healthcare professionals.  On April 21, 2016 an MRI showed a tumor in the cerebellum of her brain.  On April 27th, 2016 she underwent brain surgery in Little Rock, AR.  Shortly after, Annemarie was given her diagnosis.  She has Grade 4 Glioblastoma Multiforme (GBM) Brain Cancer.   Annemarie has many years of treatment and tests ahead of her and this young couple are just starting their life together.  Any and all monies raised will be used to fund medical bills, prescriptions, medical supplies, household maintenance or anything necessary to make this struggle more managable financially.
Your contributions, prayers and support are greatly appreciated and we want to say thank you in advance.
Annemarie has started a blog to chart her journey on her fight against this disease.
Photos are graphic but its her reality.

The passing of our beautiful Annemarie has been the hardest thing many of us have ever experienced. We want to thank each and every one of you who have sent prayers and donations for the care of our girl. I am going to add a few links to this update for those of you who might like to get to know who she was just a little bit more. Again, we cant thank you all enough for your generosity and prayers.

Guess it's time for an update:

For those of you who have not heard yet, we are waiting anxiously for the Lord to take our Annemarie from this earth to His sweet sweet land; a place where she will have no more tears, no more fears, and definitely no more cancer. She's being taken care of by the best nurses here at the University of Iowa. She's comfortable, with meds to help with any pain, and wearing pink (no surprise there). She can hear us, so we've been listening to music, relaying messages from dear friends, and singing hymns.

Thank you to everyone who has been praying fervently the past week and still praying. Thank you to everyone who has reached out to me and prayed for me; you are loving her by loving me. God is providing all of us a strength and comfort that only comes from Him, and for that I am eternally grateful. She gets to meet Jesus before me, and for that I am jealous.

Specifically now, I ask for prayers for her. We are ready for her to leave this world, we want her to go on Home. It's a much better world than we are living in. And of course, be praying for her family members, especially her husband Brandon and her parents and brothers.

Be like The Flash and speed away my friend. Speed away.

Annemarie and Brandon are back home in Andalusia surrounded by friends and family. We ask for continued prayers for God to make Annemarie one of his miracles and for peace and guidance.
Thank you each and every one for everything you have done for us. If you have a box of Kleenex close I would like to share with you the video from their wedding.
