Its's official!  Dylan came in 3rd in the World in the Crossfit Open for 14-15 year olds and is now registered for the 2016 Crossfit Games in Carson CA this July.  We are so proud of him!  He trained himself in our basement and garage..  He watched Youtube videos to learn techniques.  The drive and determination is amazing for a 15 year old.  For the Open he enrolled at the Crossfit Maven in Rochester MI and is training there now.  It has a wonderful group of people that have helped Dylan get to the next level.  Dylan has videos on "teenfitness" on Youtube.  He tries to educate teens  with workouts and nutrition.  Unfortunately teens do not get the sponsers like adults do, so we need your help.  There is alot of expense to get him to CA.  If you would like to help Dylan make his dreams come true please consider sponsoring him!
