Help Jay Tromberg Battle Cancer

In the winter of last year Jay slipped on the ice and hurt his left shoulder putting him out of work at the refinery while he underwent physical therapy. Unfortunetly the physical therapy wasn't enough and he had to go on long term disability while he underwent rotatercuff surgery. He had a long few months recovering and more physical therapy. During this time Jay noticed what he thought to be a canker sore on the side of his tongue after a few weeks he went to the doctor who told him to keep an eye on it and come back if it gets worse/bigger.
In November he went back to the doctor for his tongue and received the news he actually had tongue cancer and they would schedule him for surgery to remove it. On December 5, 2015 Jay had his surgery where they removed a large chunk of his tongue and removed some lymph nodes to make sure it hadn't spread. Around christmas time the biopsy results came back negative and Jay was given the all clear. He went back to physical therapy for his shoulder and started to learn how to eat again with his shorter tongue.
Jay started a new physical therapy in late winter to start preping to go back to work. Everything was looking like it was getting back on track. Then in March he started noticing it was starting to get harder to eat again and a lump forming on the left side of his neck just above his incision site from his lymph node biopsy. He set up an appointment with his cancer doctor to have it looked at and was diagnosed with a rare aggressive form of neck cancer.
Things have been moving quickly since then. He had to go through 3 rounds of chemotherapy and 5 days a week for 7 weeks of radiation up at Minnesota Oncology in St Paul. During his second week of chemotherapy he had a feeding tube put in since he could no longer eat solid food due to the size of the tumor. On Monday June 20th he had his last radiation and chemotherapy treatments. Now we wait for the next tests to make sure it worked and look at the possiblity of surgery if the tumor wasn't destroyed. Jay also has therapy yet for his torn rotator cuff before a return to work and a clean bill of health is possible once everything is fininshed with the cancer treatments and the feeding tube is removed.
Since Jay has been out of work for a year and a half already and won't be able to go back until his strength is returned, due to the high physical nature of his job, he is looking for help to make ends meet. He has large medical bills from the surgery, medicines, and doctor visits. This money will go towards those bills, gas to and from the doctors office at United Hospital, and hospital visit co-pays.
Thank you so much in advance for your kindness and generosity any little bit will be greatly appretiated.
