Ashley Minor and Family

I am just one of the many friends of Ashley Minor . Ashley has been battling pancreatitis since November. He was hospitalized in November and in January. He continued to have issues following the treatments. On April 2nd he was admitted to Brookwood hospital. He was moved to the SICU after they determined his other organs were being affected by the pancreas issues. On Tuesday April 5th he was placed on a ventilator following an episode that cause him to asperate. The doctors said he developed ARDS and pneumonia. The ARDS has not progressed but the pneumonia is caused by staph and did not respond to the medications. His lungs are the main concern however he is also fighting an infection in his stomach and pancreas.  Ashley has been in the hospital and through many tough times for over 2 weeks now and his Mother, Father, and Family have been by his side praying and caring for him every step of the way.  The funds will be used to care for Ashley and his Family as they walk  through this difficult time. Ashley has been such a great friend to me and to many many more. There's nothing he wouldn't do for me if I asked him to. He is just one of those guys.  If you feel lead to give I know it would mean so much to this family.
