As many of you may already know, I was diagnosed with a rare uterine sarcoma (rhabdomyosarcoma to be exact) in December. I have since undergone 2 surgeries for tumor removal and port placement, and started chemotherapy in January. I am currently in my 18th week of treatments, with an unknown amount of weeks remaining at this time.

Several of you have asked if you can contribute to help offset some of our ever increasing medical costs, so we've created an outlet for you. Our insurance deductible will reset June 1st, and my treatment is still ongoing. Any little bit helps. All donations will go toward payment of past and future medical bills.

We are humbled by your generosity and blessed by your continued prayers and support.

I know I haven't posted an update in a long while. I'm currently undergoing my 4th round of 4 day inpatient chemo at Baylor Dallas T Boone Pickens Cancer Hospital for a new tumor that was found on my spleen in July of this year. This treatment has proven to be very aggressive causing side effects such as muscle failure, shakes and hallucinations, but at my most recent scan in September, the chemo is working and my tumor has shrunk!! The original site of the tumor was in my uterus and has been clear since July, so our main focus is my spleen right now. Rhabdomyosarcoma picked the wrong girl to mess with!! I can't thank you all enough for you support and love that you have showered me with over the last few months. Thank you for all of the smiles, laughter, dances, and for helping lift this financial burden off of my family's shoulders. I love you all!!

Ana-Alecia, in 1979, my 4-year-old little brother was diagnosed with rhabdomyosarcoma on a left rib. He went through surgery and aggressive chemo, both intravenous and oral over two years. Today, Ron is 41 and healthy as can be ❤️ YOU GOT THIS. IT'S POSSIBLE!

May she Rest In Peace. She will be missed. But she know we all loved her envelop though she didn't know some of us. I am so sorry for the family's loss. I have been there I know what they are going through. My adopted aunt passed away from cancer and we were sad. But we all need to be kind to one another and stop picking on each other.
