Please help me afford to live!

Hey guys! My name is Jordan (Jordanimate) and unfortunately I, like a lot of other people, have been screwed over by Student Finance and won't be able to afford to pay rent next year. I'm doing an Animation Degree at Portsmouth University in England, and want to make Games or Movies to make people happy!! Here's an example of something I made with a friend recently:


I wish I wouldn't need money to do this, but unfortunately it always seems to get in the way. Here's why Student Finance screwed me over:

My parents are no longer together after Events a couple years back, with my mother using her Maiden Name and my dad saying they were divorced. To start on my Student Finance application earlier, this meant I had to update my application to state that my parents were divorced.

Unfortunately before my Dad's evidence could be sent to him to deliver to Student Finance, they had already cut £1,800 off my loan for not providing proof. I was horribly upset and just barely made rent because a friend had to give me money to make it after I'd done some work for them.

Only yesterday did my Dad tell me that He Wasn't Technically Divorced, meaning I can't actually fix the problem and I won't have enough Student Loan next year to even pay for rent, let alone food. He told me to find a cheaper place to live, but unfortunately going below £350 a month is really hard.

Asking him why he hadn't divorced, he'd told me that he couldn't afford it as it was £600. He has a £40k a year job, but I see none of that money, with the majority of it going towards the bills back home and looking after my younger brother, whom has Spina Bifida.


I have tried to apply for jobs, but living next to a University, all of the jobs are either taken by students, or graduates. Back home there aren't any jobs locally either. Any jobs I am lucky to come across, I'm too afraid to approach because my Aspergers' Social Anxiety gives me huge fear of talking to anybody I don't know and serious paranoia of anything I want to do. I have also attempted to call Student Finance about this, only to be told the same thing over and over about requiring forms for Divorce.

If I cannot pay off the rent for next year, I'll either be homeless or sent home. Being at home means I won't be able to make animations as I don't have space to use my PC (The house is bloody small). I don't have any friends back home, nor do we even have enough food to properly feed 4 people. My bedroom is poorly constructed with no heating and is almost always below freezing temperatures.My dad is the only one with a job there, and he has to pay for Everything, barely even managing to pay for Heating and electricity. I do a lot better living on my own, and my parents and Student Finance causing this problem only accentuates that.

The reason I ask for £4,000 is so that it can cover the losses of the £1,800 for both this year and the coming year, as well as contribute a little towards my parents divorce so that I don't run into this problem again.

I literally only want to make animations so that I can make people happy, I really don't like asking people for money, but considering I am at a heavy risking of either being homeless, I really do have no other choice.
