Macey's Cancer treatment in USA

9 Year old Macey was diagnosed with Ewing Sarcoma, Bone and Muscle Cancer on the 14th Janurary this year after being poorly for a few months.
She has been amazing and the fight she has shown has been simply amazing. We have been told that as part of her treatment she need to go the USA for Photontherapy and this is going to happen very quickly, we are looking at her going towards the end of June this year (yep about 6 weeks) she will either be going to Florida or Oklahoma, we are just awaiting confirmation on the location she will be going. She will be out there for between 10 and 12 weeks.
Although the NHS do cover travel for Macey and her Mum, accommodation for them and obviously the treatment, we are looking for assistance if possible for the following.
Food (this is not covered by the NHS)
Activities whilst out there (Macey (health dependant) will only have a few hours of treatment per day (excluding Chemo days) so we would like to arrange for Macey to be able to see and do a number of things whilst out there) She is in a wheelchair and lost control of her bladder and bowels, so to be able to do some things that a normal 9 year old would be doing would be amazing)
Passports Macey and Mummy both need passports for this, and thankfully thanks to the Government this will be sped through as soon as these are handed in.
As Macey and Mum will be out for up to 12 weeks, we are really hoping to be able to get her Sisters out there for at least part of the time they are out there, although ideally we would love them to be able to be there throughout. This is a very worrying time for us all and to be split up for any sort of time is hard enough for any family let alone when going through something like this. This being said, I would love to be able to raise the money to be able to do this and be able to take the worry off the Clare (Mum) about all her girls, with her knowing that the family are together throughout this.
As a result of what is going on we have both had to quit work to focus on the Care and Treatment of Macey and keeping things as normal as possible for Jennifer 6 and Lily 12. They have not spent much time at all with their Mum since this nightmare started (a few days a fortnight) and this is hard enough for them, for them to be apart for that length of time would be awful for them all and I really hope we are able to avoid this from happening.
The help we have received from people and the kind messages of support has been amazing and we are so grateful, asking for help is so hard as we are so independent, however at times like this, we have had to put our pride to one side and ask for the help we do desperately need to assist with getting Macey through this, keeping everything as normal as possible for her.
