My name is Robbi Wallingford. My son, Dustin Wallingford, fell 45 feet out of a tree May 3, 2016. He has multiple fractures of his pelvis, sacrum, legs, ankles and heels. He has already had 2 surgeries and will require many more. I am asking for help for DJ, his wife Candy and his precious daughter Mona Claire. He will be going to in-patient rehabilitation and after further surgeries will have to learn to walk again. Any amount you can send will be appreciated.
